Owned by Diageo and starting production in 1825, this Speyside whisky has become a staple for independent bottlers due to its high sale value and a favourite of collectors worldwide. With much of its 2.5 million litres going to Diageo’s landmark Bell’s and Johnnie Walker brands.

It is a flexible distillery producing both peated and unpeated malts meaning that it contributes to a wider range of blends than other distilleries, adding to its resilience.
